Current or former students of Johnsburg High School have the ability to request a transcript of their previous grades from the Registrar.  The Registrar (Mrs. Rose Rayner) is located in the Main Office of the High School, and can be reached by phone at (815) 385-9233 or via email at rrayner@johnsburg12.org.

Requests for transcripts must be made in writing, either in person at Johnsburg High School or by returning the Trasncript Request form to:
