"The Drowsy Chaperone"
![]()
Johnsburg High School Theatre is proud to present for the first time "The Drowsy Chaperone" as our winter musical. The Tony Award-winning musical opened on Broadway in 2006 and is a musical about a musical. A man in a chair, sitting in his New York apartment speaks to the audience about his incredible love of musicals and about the 1928 musical "The Drowsy Chaperone" in particular. He puts the album on the record player and soon his apartment comes alive with the characters from this hilarious musical. Performances are February 24, 25, March 2 and 3 at 7:30 p.m. A matinee performance will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday February 26. We have an incredibly talented cast and crew and you will really want to see what they can do!
Tickets will go on sale in early February.
Adults $10.00 and Student/Senior Citizens $7.00.
