PARKING PASSES FOR NEXT YEAR:
Attention next year’s Juniors and Seniors: Parking forms are available in the main office. Forms can be turned into the main office starting Monday, May 21st before school, after school or during your lunch hour only. You will not be able to pick up your sticker until the week of August 13th. Students will not be allowed to get their sticker if they owe any fees for the 2011-2012 school year. Refunds will be issued as needed for those who owe fees. Parking stickers are sold on a first come, first serve basis to Juniors and Seniors only. You must have proof of a valid driver’s license, insurance, and the parking form must be completely filled out before a parking sticker will be issued. NO parking stickers will be issued if you have outstanding fees.
YEARBOOK NEWS:
Don’t be the last one to get your 2011-2012 yearbook. Order your yearbook today!!! On sale now till May 31st for $50.00. All yearbooks are now in color.

SENIOR NEWS:
Seniors, there is a sign-up sheet in Ms. Rayner’s office to order final transcripts.
These will be mailed out for you after graduation.
Don’t forget Senior Video orders are due TODAY.
DRAMA CLUB NEWS:
The final drama club meeting of the year will be on Tuesday, May 22nd after school in the auditorium. We will be electing next year's Drama Club Officers.
There is a sign-up sheet outside Mr. Uthe's room for the Drama Club Picnic on Wednesday May 30th. Please sign up if you plan on attending
RECYCLING NEWS:
Attention Teachers & Students – Please make sure that you are only putting paper in the Paper Recycle boxes or blue containers. We are seeing wrappers, juice boxes and items in the recycle bins that should go into the garbage can. Please take the time to put the correct items in the recycle bends. Thanks from the Alps Room
CLUB NEWS:
Anybody signed up for AP Chemistry for next year, should stop by Mr. Cebrzynski’s room for their summer assignment by the end of the day on Friday, May 18th.
If you are signed up for AP Biology next year, stop by Mr. Slavicek's room for your summer assignment at any time next week.
Hear ye, Hear ye! Audition music for next year's Madrigal Choir is available right now in the choir room. You do not need to be enrolled in a choir to audition for Madrigals. See Mr. Smith for an audition packet or if you have any questions.
There will be no game club after school on Monday, May 21st. We will have itg on Tuesday, May 22nd, Wednesday, May 23rd, Thursday, May 24th.
Don’t forget NHS sells Dunkin Donuts on Tuesday’s & Friday’s in the SP Lounge before school. Donuts are only $1.00.
SPORTS NEWS:
The Skyhawk Slugfest tournament is May 21st. The event will start at 2:30 on the JV softball field. See Mr. Toomey if you have questions.
Cheer PRACTICE are still going on today. TRYOUTS are on Monday, May 21st starting at 3:30pm.
Athletes on the varsity football, wrestling, girls’ varsity basketball, and girls’ golf teams who have not signed up for the Indiana University research project, please come to the main office to select an interview time during 0-hour or your study hall from the sign-up sheet ASAP. Your ideas and experiences are important for the research project, and interviews will only continue to next week.
All girls track & field athletes - remember the clean-up day is on Monday. Meet outside right after school. Also, please remember to stop by Coach Havener's room to sign up for a dish to pass for our banquet on Tuesday. Thanks!
Any senior who will be playing a sport at the collegiate level next year, please come to Room 205 to schedule an interview for a JWN article.
All athletes interested in cross country next fall stop by Coach Setzler's room and pick up the summer running information. Any cross country athlete interested in PAAVO camp this summer the scholarship forms are due to Coach Setzler by Monday.
Attention all bowlers: Raymond’s Bowl is announcing a new summer program called, “Say No To Drugs, Say Yes to Bowling.” Cards are good seven days a week and bowling shoes are included. There are a limited number of staff cards, as well. If you would like to bowl for free this summer, please see Ms. Rayner for a bowling card.

There will be no late start on Thursday, May 31st
Lunch will not be served during Finals. The kitchen staff will be serving snacks during passing periods on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The last day for Lake County Tech Campus is Tuesday, May 29th.
All regular school rules apply during exam week, including no hats or jackets to class.
Students are only required to attend during assigned exam periods.
